Sheep’s Milk Ricotta

Ricotta was the farm’s first cheese. It was created based on our experiences at Fruition Restaurant, and has since become an integral part of Fruition Farm’s cheese portfolio. In the summer of 2011, our Ricotta received a first place finish in the Open Category for Sheep’s Milk and Mixed Milk cheeses at the American Cheese Society Conference in Montreal, Canada. Being that Ricotta is a fresh product, you will find that it is seasonally available from spring into late fall.
